The base suffix analysis determines if the anonymous user can
see the specified base suffix of the specified directory server
at the specified hostname and port number. If this test fails,
all remaining tests will, most likely, fail as they depend on
this suffix for searching.
Existence is determined by performing a base search against
the specified suffix using the filter of (objectclass=*).
